The fastest way to reach us is by email. Include the email address on your GlowUp account, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened.

Email SupportAccounts and Data
GlowUp includes in-app account deletion from Settings. If you cannot access your account or need help with a privacy-related request, contact us from the email address connected to your account when possible.

Learn, Daily Read and Reminders
The Learn tab contains GlowUp guides, honest editorial reads, small actions and prompts to take to a professional appointment. Articles are general information, not a diagnosis or a personalised treatment recommendation.
Daily Read reminders are optional and use generic wording on your lock screen. You can turn the Daily Read reminder or all notifications off from Settings, or manage GlowUp's notification permission in iOS Settings.
AI Coach
GlowUp's AI Coach is clearly labelled and is designed for short, everyday wellbeing questions and relevant reading suggestions. It is not a doctor, diagnostic tool, treatment service or emergency service. GlowUp does not save a Coach chat transcript, although messages are sent to Anthropic to produce a reply after you explicitly allow AI processing. You can withdraw that permission at any time in GlowUp Settings.
If a reply appears unsafe, irrelevant or technically broken, stop relying on it and email us with a description of the issue. Do not include sensitive medical information in your support email unless it is necessary for us to understand the problem.
Medical or Urgent Help
GlowUp support cannot diagnose symptoms, advise on hormone replacement therapy or other treatment, or respond as an emergency service. For medical decisions, contact a qualified healthcare professional. If you think you may be experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency service now.
Subscriptions and Billing
GlowUp subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
If your purchase does not activate correctly in GlowUp, email us with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
